Many doctor said that, if washing hands culture using clean water and soap before eat always doing by people, so all microbe and viruses will died.
"H5N1 viruses (cause of avian influenza) can be died if contact with soap water, moreover virus easy disease," they said, with said soap water contains Triclosan that can kill bacteria and microbe.Many doctor also said, the people that live in village so far, not understand about the important of clean water, and wash hands if want to eat.

But, if you wash hands with soap, people still can infected many disease if not using realy clean water. On that occasion, many doctor wish to all medical department in the all city for always socialization to people about washing hands with soap before eat and sleep, and also always keep the environment clean.
