Diplomacy
Diplomacy means the management of international relations by negoitation. From this word split in two ways in English. In one, it retained much if its original sense by becoming a name for the piece of paper formally granting an academic or professional qualification, a use which diploma still has, though these days it's more liely to be rolled up with a bit of ribbon around it than folded in two.

Today diplomacy means international relations through the meeting of professional diplomats from each country. They meet to study about international problems. Diplomacy is a way to show up your speech ability with polite manner.

Every country must have some diplomats. Diplomats is someone who negotiated treaties and the like, to be a good diplomat mean that one is a skilled negoitator. A Isaac Goldberg wrote in the twenties :"Diplomacy is to do and say or The nastiest thing in the nicest way". Diplomat also means is an art and practice negoitated which they being an ambassador for each country or organizations. Diplomacy has direct connectivity with international diplomation that manage such a culture, economics, and trade.
