Motivation to Change
Leadership begins if you know who you are. That is our motto with this project. Of course leadership won't begin if from yourself didn't know who are really you. It's because they must lead the people community which led by them . You can show them who really you are, and what for you stand in front of your followers.
Leadership can be exhibited in a variety of ways and circumstances. Mothers and fathers show leadership in raising their children with good values and encouraging them to develop to their potential. Teachers show it in inspiring students to learn and to develop their intellectual capacity. Health care workers can be leaders and develop services that meet the needs of the communities they serve, or work in collaboration with other organizations to create cost-effective, prevention-oriented programs and services. Many studies have been done and many books and articles have been published on this subject.


Leadership is not only need skill to speak up in crowded community, but they also need motivation to change their mind and habbit to received by their followers. As they interect with others, leaders seem able to learn how they are seen and how they can actively shape others. Think back to an experience that is certainly not unique those who go on to become great leaders. Effective leaders deploy their differences to serve both the own and the team's interests. Leader must listening to learn everything's that good to change their life to be good person and leader. Effective leaders pursue a clear and simple strategy. They try things out and get feedback. Actually the key to be good leaders you must know how to develop of works at you, if you are not, your leadership will be limited.

There are the way to develop your life e.g. - Seek out new experiences and new contexts. This can involve changes as small as seeking to lead outside your function or as large as seeking to lead in an entirely different contexts. This how to develop self knowledge, you should avoid comfort zones. Developing self-knowledge requires active experimentation. - Get honnest feedback. Become effective leaders seek out sources of straight feedback. But perhaps the best feedback comes from the honest family and our friends. - Returns to roots. Spend time with people who really know you can increase your oganizational power.

Knowing yourself, being yourself, and disclosing yourself are vital ingredients of be effective leadership.
