BROKOLI SAYUR MAYUR

This food contains alot of healhty vagatables and fruit. It can be good for human body and mny kinds of illnesses. Broccoli that the important content also has a lot advantage.The name mean that this food a lot of vegatables with broccoli.

Material:  
100 grams of broccoli cut per bud  
Interest cabbage 100 grams cut per bud  
25 grams Carrot, sliced oblique §
Corn sweet pipil 50 grams


Ingredients:  
Bawang putih 5 cloves, mashed  
Onion 3 cloves mashed
¼ fruit, sliced thin § Bawang bombay  
2 red chili , sliced the seed  
salam leaves 3 sheets  
5 cm ginger  
1 tablespoon sesame Minya  
fish 1 tablespoon
Sugar 1 tbs  
1 tsp Salt  
pepper 1 / 3 tsp
Water 150 ml  


How to create:  
1. sautted onion and garlic until fragrant, add water  
and other spices  
2. Add interest cabbage, carrots, and sweet corn, stir average. Let  
until cooked vegetables  
3. Shortly before the appointed enter broccoli, stir it , lift,  
served.
