Someone that called a leader if he has charisma and can enter into all classes of society. He can be a model and good example for his people. A leader can not be impartial and must be wise for the people. Being a leader is not easy, he must have many criteria. besides, he also must has a clear vision and  mission for his people. People needed a leader who is not the authoritarian leader but a leader who can be fair and full responsibility.
